Recipe time! :) Here’s my recipe for the mini pancakes in the picture above. I’m notorious for always making WAY too much food so I made up a single-serving recipe. Made this up as I went along, but it came out SO yummy! :D Give it a try!
Servings: 1 Calories per serving: 180
1/2 overripe banana
1 egg white
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp + 1 tsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp (or less) Smart Balance (to cook them in), I used the whipped low-sodium/lightly salted one.
Mash up banana in a bowl until it’s as smooth as possible. Add the egg white to the bowl and whisk the two together until they’re well mixed. Add oats and cinnamon and mix well. Add the flour and mix until it’s evenly distributed through the batter. The batter should be thick and easy to spoon out of the bowl. If it’s too runny, add more oats or flour until it has the right consistency.
Add Smart Balance (or your frying-means of choice) to the pan on medium-low heat and distribute evenly. When the pan is hot, scoop the batter from the bowl and drop them into the pan. You can make them however big or small you like! I made three 3-inch diameter pancakes, but you could make one giant one or several smaller ones if you want. :D
Top with fruit, low cal syrup of your choice or anything else you want! These are DELISH! :D <3 Enjoy, guys.

Yonana is the next hit in the health market.  It’s similar to a juicer but instead of making juice, it take frozen fruit and turns it into a nice, delicious frozen treat!  All you need is one frozen banana and you can add anything else to it.  Frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, spices, chocolate, mint, ANYTHING! It’s so easy and absolutely delicious.  Tonight my combination was banana, strawberry, blueberry and peaches.  Even with one banana, it was SO MUCH!! But think about it 1 banana is around 100 calories, then you add 5 medium sized strawberries, 1/2 handful blueberries and 3-4 slices of peaches and you’ve got a frozen treat similar to ice cream for under 200 calories!
It’s the perfect summertime treat! You can find this great kitchen must-have in any store that sells kitchenware!
